Portrait of Selves

A live performance interaction with projected images; the performer appearing and disappearing into the images behind by means of a white fabric; testing how colors emerge on a monochromatic landscape.

 

The artist exists with different overlapping layers of her face and body, effacing into the projection by means of white tule and organza fabrics. The effect distorts the image itself, and allows for soft intrusions from the physical artist onto the digital one.
